We are investing over £100 million pounds on modernising livin owned homes over the next five years.
The works that we carry out will be to the livin Standard, which is a much higher standard of works than that of the Government's Decent Homes Standard.
Where applicable a choice of styles and colours will be offered.
Every one of our properties will have some work carried out to them within the first three years of our programme.
