A Community Plan contains information about the needs and priorities of local communities. It outlines the social, economic and environmental issues that affect our local communities and the people within it.
By developing these plans we can identify what work is needed to provide safe, attractive and inclusive communities that people want to live and work in. The plans are part of our Local Offer and focuses on the wants and needs of the local people living in each community.
Each plan outlines the main challenges facing each of our 19 local communities and includes action plans to address these. The action plans aim to ensure that the resources and services available are used wisely to benefit the community.
