We are looking for a qualified Solicitor (holding a current practicing license), Barrister or Chartered Legal Executive to cover maternity leave, managing a small team within the Governance and Legal team.
You will use your professional skills to provide specialist legal advice and manage your own caseload. There will be a particular emphasis on housing litigation, conveyancing, development and contract work. You will also provide support in the provision of Company Secretarial and constitutional advice.
Experience of managing a housing litigation caseload is essential. This post also requires a DBS (Disclosure and Barring Service) check.
