Livin (the Client) is a Registered Provider formed following the Large Scale Voluntary Transfer of local authority housing from the former Sedgefield Borough Council.
The Client owns approximately 8540 homes and has an ambitious programme to invest approximately £82m in its first five years in sustainable properties bringing them up to the Livin Standard. Livin directly employs over 170 staff based in purpose built office accommodation on the new DurhamGate site in Spennymoor.
Livin is seeking to procure an Asset management System to assist in the development of future investment programmes and to ensure investment is only carried out to sustainable homes and communities.
