Over the course of our four year development plan, we will develop and acquire 350-400 new affordable homes for rent in Durham, focussing on various types of development including:

· Developing on livin owned land

· Acquisition of empty homes

· Homes via the government mortgage rescue scheme

· Acquiring land for development
