How do I report a repair?

Online

You can report your repair 24 hours a day and 7 days a week online.

Simply follow the link below, then click on the diagram of the item you need repairing and it will identify what the problem is and request the right repair for you.

It also gives you the opportunity to tell us when you will be in so that we can make a suitable appointment, which will then be emailed to you.

You can also report your repair by ringing the freephone number 0800 587 4538 between 8.15am and 5.15pm Monday to Friday.

For weekend or emergency out of hours repairs please ring freephone number 0800 917 1773.

You can also contact us by letter or by email at: contactus@livin.co.uk.

When you order a repair, you’ll need to describe the problem and where it is. You’ll also need to give:

  • Your name and address, including the postcode
  • Telephone numbers where we can contact you (home and/or work)
  • Details of how to get into your home (if necessary)

What happens next?

You’ll be given a job reference number and telephone numbers to call if you want to check on the progress of your repair later. Depending on the type of repair you need, you should also be given an appointment.

Always ask to see the identity card of anyone who calls at your home to carry out repairs and claims to work for livin. All staff carry identification cards. If you are unsure, do not let them into your home and contact us for advice.

You can check the progress of any repairs by logging into My livin Space here.
