Chelsea commenced the Care Skills Foundation which helped her gain employment in the care industry.
She undertook work experience three days per week and attended college studying Level 1 in Preparing to Work in Adult Social Care.
As part of the programme, Chelsea also received 20 reduced cost driving lessons.
Chelsea's work experience placement provider identified her natural ability to work with residents and quickly offered her employment.
Chelsea is now employed and has aspirations of continuing with her training and education by completing a NVQ Level 2 in Health and Social Care.
