Coronavirus COVID-19

Your health and wellbeing are our main priority

Following the ‘lockdown’ instruction from the Prime Minister and the latest guidance of the Government, the Chief Medical Officer and Public Health England, we will only be undertaking the following emergency services with effect from 24 March 2020:

  • Emergency repairs
  • Gas servicings
  • Smoke and CO2 detector checks
  • Emergency lettings (subject to further advice)
  • Lifts and stairlift servicing

In line with government advice to cease non-essential travel and interaction, we have stopped face-to-face contact and moved to only digital and telephone communication.

More information and regular updates on how we are delivering our services during these unprecedented times will be posted here. We will be updating our website pages to provide further advice.

If we need to meet you or visit your home to deliver our emergency services we will ask if you:

  • Have tested positive for the Coronavirus COVID-19
  • Are currently self-isolating
  • Are showing symptoms of Coronavirus, such as a new, continuous cough or high temperature
  • Have someone within the household in the vulnerable or elderly categories as defined by the latest Government advice

We are encouraging all tenants and customers to check the latest advice from Government, the Chief Medical Officer and Public Health England.

Please be assured we are working hard to ensure we continue to provide you with our vital services whilst also playing our part in a National effort to protect public health and wellbeing.
