Your health and wellbeing are our main priority

We are currently preparing to safely reintroduce some of our key services in accordance with the latest government guidelines. Your health, wellbeing and safety are our priority as social distancing measures remain in place.

We will continue to closely follow published government guidance and can assure you we will take all necessary precautions to deliver our services safely. 

For now we will continue to deliver the following services safely: 

  • Emergency repairs and in some cases urgent repairs 
  • Gas servicing
  • Smoke and CO2 detector checks
  • Emergency lettings
  • Lifts and stairlift servicing
  • Grasscutting and any emergency work to trees and shrubs.

We will continue to keep face-to-face contact to a minimum and practice social distancing in all we do.  Our digital channels will be key to delivering our services in this way.

More information and regular updates on how we are delivering our services during these unprecedented times will be posted here. We will be updating our website pages to provide further advice.

If we need to meet you or visit your home to deliver our emergency services we will ask if you:

  • Have tested positive for the coronavirus COVID-19
  • Are currently self-isolating
  • Are showing symptoms of coronavirus, such as a new, continuous cough or high temperature
  • Have someone within the household in the vulnerable or elderly categories as defined by the latest government advice

We are encouraging all tenants and customers to check the latest advice from government, the Chief Medical Officer and Public Health England.

Please be assured we are working hard to ensure we continue to provide you with our vital services whilst also playing our part in a national effort to protect public health and wellbeing.
