Following the success of last year’s competition, homes and community business livin has launched its annual search for the best gardens across its communities.
Green-fingered tenants will be able to compete in three categories including Best Individual Garden, Best Yard/Patio and Best Community Garden.
Outstanding Achievement Awards will be given to any entries that have the ‘wow’ factor, are environmentally friendly, contain grow your own areas, have been maintained under difficult circumstances or simply have that something that catches the judge’s eye.
To celebrate and reward tenants who take pride in their garden, the winners of each category will receive £50 worth of garden centre vouchers.
Rachael Swales, head of housing and customer service for livin said: “Each year we are continually overwhelmed by the quality of the entries and we are looking forward to see what this year has to offer”
All entries must be submitted by Friday 21 July and judging will take place later that month with winners being announced later in July.
Entries can be submitted by posting photos online via the ‘wearelivin’ Facebook page or by contacting email@example.com.
