The app enables customers to book and track repair appointments, check and pay rent, manage their tenancy and get in touch directly.
Since its launch over 2,000 tenants have downloaded the app and are regular users. Mr Rossington from Newton Aycliffe said, “The app is so quick and easy to use, once I was registered, which only took a few minutes, I was able to report my repair within 30 seconds. I even got an email to confirm my appointment.”
Anna Robson, digital transformation manager at Livin said: “We know our customers have busy lives and we wanted to create an app that helped them to manage their tenancies on the go at any time of day or night. Since launching customer satisfaction has peaked at 98 per cent and we will be using customer feedback to help us develop the apps functionality going forward and we look forward to developing further functionality based on the customer needs”
