There is three different house types for the three bed properties. The key difference is that on the ground floor consists it will either consist of a kitchen/diner and separate living area or a living /diner and a separate kitchen area. All include and entrance hall and WC, Then on the first floor is 3 bedrooms and a bathroom.
Four bedroom houses:
The 4-beds consist of an entrance hall, WC, living room, and open plan kitchen dining area. To the first floor there is 4 bedrooms and a family bathroom.
