Our experienced housing team are here to make sure the house you live in really is your home. If your circumstances have changed or perhaps you are joining us for the first time, we can support you to making the right decisions for you and your family.

Our support services
During the coronavirus pandemic, we are offering additional support to older and more vulnerable tenants.
If you require urgent assistance with food, finances, loneliness, mental health, gas and electricity, domestic abuse, white goods or baby products please contact us.
Need assistance over a weekend or out of hours? Call 0800 587 4538 to speak to our out of hours call centre.
Safeguarding
If you are concerned that a vulnerable adult or a child is at risk of abuse or neglect call Social Care Direct on 03000 267 979.
If you think they are in immediate danger call 999 first, before contacting Social Care Direct.
There can be lots of situations where someone can be neglected or abused so if you are worried about it – report it.
Social isolation
We will work one-to-one with you, looking at your individual barriers, issues and working to support you moving forward.

Is your house not right for you?
It may be too big or too small, or you may be unable to manage it due to a change in circumstances or due to ill health. We can help you work out the best options for your future and if necessary liaise with your health worker to make this easier for you.
