Contract Types:
- 1 x permanent, full-time: 37 hours per week
- 1 x permanent, part-time: 18.5 hours per week, 0.5 FTE
- 1 x temporary, full-time: 37 hours per week, until 31 March 2028
- 1 x temporary, part-time: 21.5 hours per week, 0.58 FTE, until 31 December 2027
As a Housing Services Adviser, you will be a first point of contact for a range of housing enquiries, providing clear information, advice and guidance while ensuring customers receive the support they need.
You will assess new and existing housing applications, ensuring they are dealt with fairly and accurately, and help applicants access and bid for available homes. You will also respond to Durham Key Options lettings and allocations enquiries through face-to-face, digital and email channels.
