Up to £39,019 plus £1,968 car allowance
You will co-ordinate employability efforts between our tenants, communities, statutory agencies, stakeholders and our teams. The post will support the Economic Inactivity Trailblazer, North East Mayoral Strategic Authority (NEMSA) Funded programme in the development and implementation of a range of services and products to address unemployment in local communities, infiltrating new markets where possible.
You will design and deliver successful employability initiatives to meet the needs of tenants and local employers and achieve challenging targets. You will thrive seeing your own caseload of tenants’ progress through to employment and witnessing the opportunities this opens up to them and their families.
