Livin achieves top consumer standards grading
We are proud to have had a C1 Consumer grading confirmed by the Regulator of Social Housing, recognising our continued focus on transforming services to deliver quality services for customers.
We now hold the highest possible ratings for consumer standards, governance and financial viability (C1/G1/V1), reflecting our commitment to providing safe, well-maintained homes, high-quality services and strong financial and resource management.
Alan Boddy, Chief Executive, said: “These gradings reflect the collective efforts of all teams at Livin, working together to deliver vital housing services every day. Everything we do starts with our customers. Whether that’s responding to repairs, improving homes, or supporting tenancies and communities, our focus is on delivering the best possible customer experience. I’m looking forward to seeing the outcomes of our ambitious plans to build on this strong position, making maximum use of technologies and data to deliver cost effective, customer-focused services that make a real difference to the lives of people living in our homes and communities.”
Natalie Wilkinson, Chair of the Board, said: “The gradings are confirmation of the great work we do at Livin to continuously improve our services and standards. Importantly, the gradings are backed up by strong tenant satisfaction results and high-performing key performance indicators. I’m incredibly proud of what Livin has achieved.”
