We are delighted to have been shortlisted for the Chartered Institute of Housing 'Best Development' for our Travellers Green development in Newton Aycliffe. We invested £7.2 million to provide an additional 47 much needed homes for rent at Travellers and Clarence Green bringing the total number of new homes in the locality to 65.
This new development provides a mix of two bedroom bungalows and two, three and four bedroom houses. The bungalows are designed to help people with mobility problems to live as independently as possible in a safe local community environment. All homes offer excellent space standards and high levels of thermal efficiency.
