We have been recognised as Digital Landlord of the Year in Inside Housing UK Housing Awards.The organisers of the UK Housing Awards announced the award ceremony would not take place last month as the sector came together to reflect on the inquest following the very sad death of two-year-old Awaab Ishak.
Although there was no in-person event this year, the awards remain focused on celebrating the achievements of employees and tenants from across the UK housing sector.
Our submission focused on our convenient, accessible, reliable and easy services (C.A.R.E) and embedding digital thinking across all teams, maximising adoption, making digital our default channel.
The judges said: “The Livin team demonstrated a complete understanding of their geography, customers and their challenges with an ambitious digital strategy”
A huge well done to our extended transformation and digital team for this achievement as we continue on our journey to build trust, create great relationships and produces high levels of satisfaction for our tenants.
