My Livin app transforms rent account management

The 'My Rent Account' option in My Livin app and portal has been accessed over 400,000 times by customers, making it our most popular digital feature.

Since switching on 'My Rent Account' in January 2023, customers have chosen to use the instant hassle-free service to access real-time rent balances, make instant payments through Apple Pay and Google Pay, review past transactions and request money support from our financial inclusion team.

Carol, Livin Tenant said; “It just works for me, I like to be able to keep track of my finances and having instant access to my rent account is perfect for me, one click and I know I can see my rent balance at any time of the day.”
