Social Housing White Paper Survey

The Department of Levelling Up, Housing and Communities is conducting a survey to gather baseline results from customers about how landlords are currently performing against the commitments set out in the Social Housing White Paper (SHWP).

From 21 March, you may be contacted by a company called IFF, which is carrying out some research on behalf of the Government's Department of Levelling Up, Housing and Communities.

Tenants from across the country will be randomly selected and contacted by telephone or email. If contacted, you will be asked how you feel about your home and your landlord. All answers will remain anonymous.

The information collected by IFF will allow the Government to measure how landlords are performing against the commitments set out in the Social Housing White Paper.

It will cover the five key themes of the Social Housing White Paper:

- Keeping properties in good repair
- Maintaining building safety
- Respectful and helpful engagement
- Responsible neighbourhood managements
- Effective handling of complaints

These calls will not come from us, all calls and emails will explain that this survey is being conducted by IFF Research. You will not be asked for any personal or financial information as part of this research
