Implement a structured, iterative and tailored approach to developing the skills of current and future leaders and managers to enhance decision-making, ownership and collaboration
Implement a comprehensive succession plan to support long-term stability and growth

To do this, we will :
Ensure workforce planning effectively addresses productivity and future business needs
Implement a comprehensive approach to developing the core skills of employees to drive the delivery of the strategic objectives of Plan A
Maximise partnerships and pursue external funding to build the capacity of the workforce and grow talent
Maximise the capacity of all employees to ‘own it’, optimising their productivity
Maximise attendance at work to maintain the capacity of the organisation
Optimise employee engagement and collaboration in a positive, productive and supportive workplace
