  • Implement a structured, iterative and tailored approach to developing the skills of current and future leaders and managers to enhance decision-making, ownership and collaboration
  • Implement a comprehensive succession plan to support long-term stability and growth

To do this, we will :

  • Ensure workforce planning effectively addresses productivity and future business needs
  • Implement a comprehensive approach to developing the core skills of employees to drive the delivery of the strategic objectives of Plan A
  • Maximise partnerships and pursue external funding to build the capacity of the workforce and grow talent
  • Maximise the capacity of all employees to ‘own it’, optimising their productivity
  • Maximise attendance at work to maintain the capacity of the organisation
  • Optimise employee engagement and collaboration in a positive, productive and supportive workplace
