To request a change in the names on a tenancy, please log into the tenant app and visit the Your Tenancy section.
We are carrying out essential upgrade work on the My Livin app and portal on Saturday, 29 November from 7am. This means all My Livin services, including the app and website login, will be temporarily unavailable.

Managing Your Tenancy - FAQ's
If you would like to rearrange your tenancy visit to a time that is more suitable for you, please contact us. You will receive another letter in the post stating your new tenancy visit details.
If the time has come to move on to a new home, you should contact us as soon as possible but at least four weeks before your moving day.
