Livin announces Board changes to support strategic growth and community impact

We have appointed a new chair of the Board, along with four new Board members.

Dennis Bradley retired as Chair of the Board on 18 September after reaching the end of his nine-year term. Dennis was instrumental in guiding us through key transformations, championing initiatives that improved customer service and supporting the building of new affordable homes and the regeneration of local neighbourhoods and communities.

Natalie Wilkinson, a Board member since 2022 succeeds Dennis and brings a wealth of leadership experience in strategic development and public sector regeneration. She previously led our InsightXchange tenant forum and under her leadership, the forum has meaningfully influenced the design and delivery of services including Repairs and Maintenance and Anti-Social Behaviour handling.

We also welcome four new members onto our Board, Elaine Middleton, Joanne Race, Paul Stephens and Jenny Davison. Elaine brings strengths in customer insight and people development. Joanne is a senior HR leader with experience in driving inclusion and strategic change. Paul, a seasoned housing professional, is deeply committed to community wellbeing, and Jenny is a sustainability expert specialising in responsible business, governance, and place-based regeneration

Alan Boddy, Chief Executive said: “I’m delighted to welcome our new Board members and Natalie’s appointment as Chair, and I look forward to working with this new team to deliver for our tenants and communities.”

Natalie Wilkinson, Chair of the Board, said: “It’s a privilege to take on the role of Chair at Livin. I’ve seen first-hand the dedication of our teams and the difference we make to people’s lives. As we welcome new Board members, I’m excited to build on the Board’s strong foundations and to support Livin to continue to grow, transform, and provide quality homes and much needed support to local communities across County Durham.”
