Natalie Wilkinson appointed chair of Livin’s Board
We are delighted to announce the appointment of Natalie Wilkinson as the new Chair of the Board. Natalie succeeds Dennis Bradley, who has served as Chair since 2021. We extend our heartfelt thanks to Dennis for his outstanding leadership.
Natalie has been a valued member of the Board for the past three years, bringing a wealth of leadership experience in transformational change, strategic development, and public sector regeneration. Her strategic insight and leadership have been pivotal in shaping our direction and reinforcing our commitment to delivering sustainable homes and building thriving communities.
She has led our InsightXchange tenant forum and under her leadership, the forum has reviewed key services such as repairs and anti-social behaviour, ensuring tenants meaningfully influenced the design and delivery of services, ultimately delivering better outcomes for all.
Commenting on her appointment, Natalie Wilkinson said: “I’m honoured to step into the role of Chair at Livin. Over the past few years, I’ve seen the incredible work Livin does to support tenants and local communities. I look forward to working with my colleagues on the Board in taking forward Livin’s Business Strategy and continuing to improve and transform our vital housing and support services.”
Livin’s Chief Executive, Alan Boddy, added “Since joining our Board three years ago Natalie has brought invaluable strategic regeneration knowledge and a strong focus on customers and communities to our Board. I look forward to working alongside her as our Chair, harnessing her strong leadership, commitment, and positive energy to achieve results for our tenants and communities”.
