Our people case study - Evie Sands, Executive Support Apprentice

In September 2024, Evie joined our Transformation Team, bringing energy, enthusiasm and a clear passion for making a difference. After completing her studies at Whitworth Park Academy, she was keen to begin her career in a fast-paced environment where she could develop her skills and gain hands-on experience.

In February 2026, Evie successfully completed her Executive Support Apprenticeship, achieving a Level 3 in Business Administration. Throughout her apprenticeship, she consistently demonstrated strong attention to detail, a proactive approach and a willingness to take on new challenges. Alongside her core responsibilities, she played an active role in planning and coordinating events and meetings, building valuable experience in organisation and collaboration.

In April 2026, Evie took the next step in her career, moving into the role of Digital Marketing Assistant. Building on the skills she developed in her previous role, she now brings creativity, organisation and a keen eye for detail.
