Our people case study - Reece Marshall
Reece joined us from 6th form where he had completed his A-Levels in Sport, Business Studies and ICT. His initial plan was to aim for a career in IT or Business Administration. During the recruitment process he met with our departments and showed a keen interest in a role in our property asset team. Once Reece decided he wanted to pursue a career in assets, he was supported to gain the experience and knowledge to become a fully qualified building surveyor.
At the time Reece was also one of our tenants and could personally relate to how valuable the work our property assets team does in the community and he knew he wanted to be a part of it.
