We aim to provide an brilliant customer experience, but accept that sometimes things can go wrong. If you feel that we’ve let you down, please let us know and we will do our best to put things right again.
We are working hard to support our customers through the Coronavirus crisis. We would welcome your feedback now more than ever, so please continue to tell us if a service hasn’t met your expectations. Whilst some complaints are taking longer than usual to resolve due to reduced services, please be assured that your complaint will be logged and resolved just as quickly as possible.
