The 2.7% is calculated using the Consumer Price Index (CPI), which shows how much goods and services are increasing, plus 1%. To keep our services running we need rents to increase to meet these rising costs.
We will be sending a letter to all of our tenants in week commencing 2 March explaining your individual revised rent charges which will apply from 6 April 2020. The letter you receive will outline any next steps.
